If we find that testing will be beneficial for you, we will do some gut, hormone, and chemistry testing. We will evaluate the results and tailor your plan accordingly. Not everyone needs testing, and we don't like testing just to test. So this will be very individual and we will talk this through with you step by step.
You will submit a very detailed intake form with your medical and mental history, current lifestyle, supplements, medications, behaviors, as well as goals and the outcomes you want to see. We take a detailed look and create a treatment plan for you. We will then help you execute the plan, step by step, on the calls so it fits seamlessly into your busy lifestyle. YES! You will fill out an intake form with all of your details. Food history, supplements, goals, periods, hunger levels, energy levels, sleep quality, lab values, and more. We want to know everything about you so we can best help you. Your nutritionist will guide you during your 1:1 calls and create a plan that's personalized to YOU and your goals.
The calls with your personal nutritionist are: first one is 45 mins and the ne following ones 25 minutes long. We have found over the years that 25 mins is all you need in order to get results. If we need more time to review things then the calls might go a bit longer, we like to be flexible and make sure all your questions are answered! In between, you have access to your personal nutritionist and Kylie for any questions and support! You have 4 calls over 6 weeks. You can choose either audio or video calls, whatever you prefer!
No! This new approach is all about freedom. No foods are off limits. You get to eat foods that nourish your body from the inside out. To help you do this, we teach you a light structure around foods that balance your hunger hormones so you can more easily make healthy choices. This is all about creating lifelong transformation! You’ll learn how foods make you feel, and therefore incorporate new and more foods to your diet that are great for YOUR body and mind.
There is an option to discuss that once you sign up however, Kylie is involved in the entire process and Noelle and Adriana are thouroughly trained under her method - meaning that you are getting equal or even better care!
The program is 6-weeks and then you have the option of continuing on a maintenance program for a lower price. You will discuss this with Kylie once you are done with your 6-weeks!! A 3 month program is also available.

I wish I knew how to sift through all the misinformation. I wish I didn't have to gain 20 pounds after trying to be healthy.

I was engulfed with the latest dieting fads, obsessively monitoring my calorie intake, and over-exercising. This left me stressed, hyper obsessive, and worn out. And the the stress of feeling and looking my best stole my joy in food and exercise.
