YES! You will fill out an intake form with all of your details. Food history, supplements, goals, periods, hunger levels, energy levels, sleep quality, lab values, and more. We want to know everything about you so we can best help you. Your nutritionist will guide you during your 1:1 calls and create a plan that's personalized to YOU and your goals.
The calls with your personal nutritionist are: first one is 45 mins and the ne following ones 25 minutes long. We have found over the years that 25 mins is all you need in order to get results. If we need more time to review things then the calls might go a bit longer, we like to be flexible and make sure all your questions are answered! In between, you have access to your personal nutritionist and Kylie for any questions and support! You have 4 calls over 6 weeks. You can choose either audio or video calls, whatever you prefer!
No! This new approach is all about freedom. No foods are off limits. You get to eat foods that nourish your body from the inside out. To help you do this, we teach you a light structure around foods that balance your hunger hormones so you can more easily make healthy choices. This is all about creating lifelong transformation! You’ll learn how foods make you feel, and therefore incorporate new and more foods to your diet that are great for YOUR body and mind.
There is an option to discuss that once you sign up however, Kylie is involved in the entire process and Noelle and Adriana are thouroughly trained under her method - meaning that you are getting equal or even better care!
The program is 8-weeks and then you have the option of continuing on a maintenance program for a lower price. You will discuss this with your nutritionist once you are done with your 8-weeks!!
We cover nutrition, movement, supplements, mindset, and stress but this program is personalized to YOU, so this varies a bit from person to person. We will only know the exact roadmap once you submit your intake questionnaire and we begin working together!
You can start and schedule your first call whenever YOU are ready. Typically, you and your nutritionist will decide on a set time and date each week. However, you can reschedule if something comes up. We know life can be hectic, so we try to be flexible!
That's ok! There are plenty of quick-n-easy recipes that only require basic preparation. We'll help you create a few easy recipes that you like and stick to those. The more you make them, the quicker you'll get. We will also include an “eating out” guide so you can dine out with friends + family without stressing.

I started Within Nutrition because I want you to understand your body and be empowered to make healthy choices.
I wish that I understood my body before trying the vegan diet and wrecking my hormones, before trying the keto diet and ruining my gut, and before trying paleo and ruining my blood sugar. I wish I knew how to sift through all the misinformation. I wish I didn't have to gain 20 pounds after trying to be healthy.
I want to save you from all this back and forth. Which is why I created the Key3 Method that's worked for hundreds of my clients. And I want to make it accessible to you so you can feel and look your best.
I was engulfed with the latest dieting fads, obsessively monitoring my calorie intake, and over-exercising. This left me stressed, hyper obsessive, and worn out. And the the stress of feeling and looking my best stole my joy in food and exercise.
That’s when I realized my approach was not healthy, sustainable, or helping me achieve my holistic goals. It was time to reset my focus. So I got my M.S. in Nutrition at Columbia University (where I met Kylie!) and a medical degree at John Hopkins. I also got certified as a personal trainer.
It was this combination of medicine, nutrition, and exercise that showed me how I could achieve my goals in a life-giving and fulfilling way - the Key3 way.

Hi! I'm Adriana, your bilingual nutritionist and health coach. Before working as a nutritionist, I struggled finding a balance between a hectic lifestyle and a healthy approach to nutrition that made me feel good. I thought the only option was to follow the “one size fits all” trends but that only left me feeling drained, confused, and always back at square one.
